The installation kit was the first touchpoint customers had with the Midco brand after signing up for services. The original kit was a bulky, expensive folder filled with variously sized papers, creating a disjointed and unimpressive brand experience. To improve this, I redesigned the kit to feature a sleek, custom folder with brochures tailored specifically to the services each customer received. This redesign reduced the cost per kit from over $7 to under $2, resulting in significant savings for the company while providing a more cohesive and polished brand experience.
